Delta 60 Cnci-E

The new full electric DELTA 60 CNCI is a pyramidal profile bending machine with three driving rolls and variable interaxes.
It is characterized by two independent operable axes, interpolated and driven by brushless servomotors and asynchronous motors with high performances.
The interpolation is managed by an intelligent numerical control that authomatically adjust every transitions between different radii, guaranteeing the perfect symmetry of the bends.
The application of the brushless servomotor allows to the new electric Delta 60 to reach excellent performances such as:

Greater precision and repeatability. Where compared to the hydraulic system, it is 20 times more precise in terms of tolerance of positioning;
Faster speed. Depending on the program, the bending cycle time can be reduced up to 60%. At the same time, the brushless equipment guarantee a smooth running at low speeds;
Optimization of electricity consumption. Depending on the condition of use, the energy saving is between 60 and 80% compared to the hydraulic system;
Lower maintenance compared to an hydraulic machine that requires periodically replacing of the oil and its disposal as a special waste.
